FAQ

1. When will my artwork be shipped?

All paintings will be shipped within 4-7 business days of your order. Artworks shipped within Australia should arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders may take between 5-15 business days. Depending on your region and the time of year, some artworks may be delayed due to customs and holidays.

2. Is my artwork ready to hang?

YES!  All paintings will arrive stretched and ready to hang on premium gallery stretched canvas.

3. Does shipping cost include taxes & customs fees?

For international sales, any taxes, custom duties and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to learn more about the rules in your country, you can contact your local customs authority.

4. My order arrived broken. What do I do?

Goddess of Paint takes a lot of care to safely and securely package all items however, on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit.

If you’ve received a broken item please contact Goddess of Paint ASAP. You’ll also need to email photos of the damaged item (in its original packaging) along with all the information (e.g. date and time of delivery, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving it, so an insurance claim can be made with the postal service. In circumstances where a replacement is deemed appropriate, the replaced item will be re-sent once the claim is looked into and gone through the necessary procedure with the postal service.

5. I really love your artwork but can you make me something custom?

Absolutely! For a commissioned piece, email goddessofpaint@goddessofpaint.com.au to discuss what you desire and we will work together to determine which colours and size will work best for your space. Once you have decided on the details of your artwork, Goddess of Paint will create a custom checkout for you. Custom orders will take 10-15 days to complete.
